Fragrance doesn’t forgive heat, light or a scratched-off code. These are the rules every unit follows from our inbound dock to your counter.

Batch codes stay on
Every carton and bottle arrives with its lot code intact, and the codes for each unit are printed on your packing slip.
No decoded boxes. No relabeled testers. No unboxed bottles sold as new. -
Kept cool and out of the light
Stock sits in a climate-controlled room away from windows, in its outer cartons, until the day it ships. Nothing is stored in a trailer or on a loading dock.

For every unit we receive we log the supplier, the date and the lot. Ask about a lot on your shelf and you get an answer the same business day.

Alcohol-based perfume is a Class 3 flammable liquid in transport (UN1266). We ship it by UPS Ground as a Limited Quantity under US DOT rules, in divided cartons. We don’t offer air shipping.

Testers stay on the counter
When a house releases tester units for in-store sampling, we allocate them to accounts that stock the full size. They ship marked as testers, on their own invoice line, and never go into retail stock.

Accounts are for registered US businesses with a resale certificate. Approval comes within two business days; after that, orders confirmed and paid by 11:30 AM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day.

Registered US businesses that resell fragrance: perfumeries, boutiques, salons and spas, online retailers, hotels and gifting companies. We ask for a resale certificate, plus an EIN if your business has one. Kentucky accounts can use Form 51A105, the Streamlined Sales Tax certificate (Form 51A260) or the MTC uniform certificate; out-of-state accounts send their own state’s resale documentation.
We don’t sell to consumers, and we don’t ship outside the United States.
Yes. Units arrive in their original cello with batch codes intact. We don’t sell decoded, relabeled or unboxed product, and every unit’s lot code is printed on your packing slip.
Ask about any lot and we’ll tell you which supplier it came from and the week it arrived.
Alcohol-based fragrance is regulated as a Class 3 flammable liquid (UN1266, “Perfumery products”). It travels legally by ground as a Limited Quantity shipment; air service is restricted. That is also why we ship only to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC — not to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.
$650 for the first order and $240 for every reorder, in any mix of houses. Freight is free over $1,800; below that it is billed at cost.
Testers are for sampling on your counter, not for resale. When a house releases them, we allocate them to accounts that stock the full size and list them on a separate invoice line. Discovery sets and travel sprays are in the register for the houses that make them — those are for sale.
Report it within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the outer carton and the bottle. Confirmed breakage is credited or replaced on your next shipment — your choice.
